Cancellation THOUGHT

Since Nederlands game is cancelled....and IF ??? PNGs game get cancelled.  Why not play each other here in a preseason game?  Is it legal etc??  Just a thought.  A little preseason mid county madness.  Bands fans and all.  At least both teams would stay prepared.
