Guest rykerx144 Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 If this was an election I would say that Newton is the obvious incumbent and is deservedly so. But my question is does anyone think that Kirbyville has put up enough of an argument with their recent play to maybe place the words Newton and underdog in the same sentence (which would be like the rapture to some people)?
catbacker Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 I think Kville and Newton will blow through district without a loss. That will make the last game one that will be talked about for years to come. GO CATS !!!!!
eagledado8 Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 While the polls show Kville with a slight lead (and that's understandable with their record). I think this election will not be decided until that final meeting of the 2 candidates. I hope there are no controversies, such as CHUMS or ZEBRAS and they both show sportsmanship and respect to each other regardless of who wins.
westend1 Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 I have to say that Kville has been more impressive so far.

I hope it is a good clean game. I as a kville fan of course is going with them wildcats but newton wont be no walk in the park. we are gonna have to work hard and fix all of our mistakes to beat them eagles
newton_eagles Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 Kirbyville has been pretty impressive. Of course I'm a newton fan so my vote is secured, but i hope both teams play as good at their highest level so we'll all get our money's worth.
Wildcat4life Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 Our offensive line is going through growing pains. They are starting to peak by the week, sorry Newton your winning streak ends November 7, 2008! The defense has been stingy and stuffing the run, Kirbyville will be hard to beat and I can promise you that.
