Pirate Football08 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 I think that vidor will go into this game confident.but not over confident.they know that ozen will be lookin to get revenge for saterday.vidor will start this game playin hard and end it playin hard and i think they will win by 3tds
tvc184 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Vidor will come in over confident and Ozen wins late. you don't understand we never ever get over confident I heard the same thing from some Lumberton fans this last week.
cougar2020 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 I will say this and I'm glad I never had to experience it. "It doesn't get anymore embarrassing than saying you lost to Vidor."
Piratefan23 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 I will say this and I'm glad I never had to experience it. "It doesn't get anymore embarrassing than saying you lost to Vidor." Are there any Cougars in our district? I thought we just had Panthers and Jaguars oh and Lions ?? ??? And I really don't remember any Cougars playing Vidor in awhile. Correct me if I am wrong cause there is a good chance I am but I was just wondering.
82 5A State Champs Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 I'm suprised to admit this, but I think Vidor will win this game. The Panthers seem to come out firing, but fizzle late in the game. Vidor, on the other hand, comes out slow and gets things going in the second half. If Ozen could play four quarter football, they could make it interesting. But the Pirates are playing with alot of momentum right now, and I dont believe the Panthers have what it takes, at this point, to swing the momentum in their favor. The Pirates are playing with alot of enthusiasm, Ozen is not. Vidor 35 Ozen 7.
sbearcat Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 If Vidor can limit themselves to just two turnovers, they win by 10, three or more, it will be close. Vidor is two dollar steak tuff but cannot keep fumbling like they do.
vidor pirate Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Vidor will come in over confident and Ozen wins late. you don't understand we never ever get over confident I heard the same thing from some Lumberton fans this last week. really? well i can personally vouch for our guys they will not take ozen lightly

BIGMO44 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Pirates by 2 scores. Y'all(Vidor) need to find a soccer player for Friday nights. If you were at the Vidor-Lumberton game, you know what I mean...
pirates61 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Pirates by 2 scores. Y'all(Vidor) need to find a soccer player for Friday nights. If you were at the Vidor-Lumberton game, you know what I mean... we have one hes on the sideline he is #5 he is on our varsity soccer team the coaches havent given him a chance yet because he decided to play later after the season had started i think the coaches should give him a chance to prove himself. we need to find someone soon because all of those missed pats can comeback to haunt us
BigWolf10 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 The one thing that puzzles me is, why isn't Jefferson leading the district in recieving yds. At 6'7", he's always in an advantage on cornerbacks.
magnus1on1 Posted October 6, 2008 Report Posted October 6, 2008 I have not seen ozen play.. but I know every year vidor has a hard time controling the ozen speed... If they key their blocks and stuff the holes and keep Ozen from big plays vidor will pull this off... by 2 TDs
Guest Nederland Bandit Posted October 6, 2008 Report Posted October 6, 2008 Ozen is going to win one sooner or later, could be this week but probably not.

It is like shooting a scatter gun you know your going to hit something, just not exactly sure what.. I am sure he will get better... patience is a virtue.. And I will take Vidor by 10. Vidor 23 Ozen 13

The Real Black and Gold Posted October 6, 2008 Report Posted October 6, 2008 Vidor will be all over Ozen's doo doo CHECKING BANNED WORDS Doo Doo,,,, hmmmm thats under D, Doo Doo,,,nope not a banned word yet ;D Haven't quite figured out whther or not this is a compliment... lol ???
pirate58 Posted October 6, 2008 Report Posted October 6, 2008 Let us not get the big head over one district win. Ozen has some great athletes. We just need to go out and play hard the whole game and not wait until the second half.

At 6'7", he's always in an advantage on cornerbacks. Because he runs lazy ass routes...... Ozen needs to run, and run, and run this week to work on conditioning. That and tackling drills....

And his hands aren't very good. His effort on the field sucks also. If he had his twin brother's heart and attitude, he would be a monster.
