Guest Uhhh What? Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 This is the thread I've been waiting for. Where are you L-town fans? Lets hear it. Be careful though, this is the team that beat the team that took you to the woodshed Saturday night.
Guest Luv Ya Blue Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 L Train back on track this week. Raiders by 7.
BMTSoulja1 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Knowing what the Jags are capable of and seeing that the Raiders couldn't slow Vidor down in the second half (not saying that we could either, but we stopped them when it counted), I'd take Central 28-14.
vidor pirate Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 central by 2 tds something like 27-12 is what im thinking for some reason lmao ;D ;D ;D
AggiesAreWe Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 You bet I'll make a prediction on this game after being questioned by some Lumberton fans as to why I would predict Central to win district. Lumberton 14 Central 32

Lumberton 14 Central 32 haha ive predicted central to win district as well you just don't know how fast they are until you see em in person they're so fast they make fast people look... not fast- lol... longest yard
badndn Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Lumberton comes out fired up and in a bit of a surprise knocks off the Jags in front of the home crowd to really tighten up the district race: Lum 24 Cen 21
vidor pirate Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Lumberton comes out fired up and in a bit of a surprise knocks off the Jags in front of the home crowd to really tighten up the district race: Lum 24 Cen 21 come on man lumberton is even slower than us but their kicker does have a leg on him 37 yarder right down the pipe woulda been good for about 45 or so i was right in front of it and was like what the heck???
goodsport Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Okay lets see. 1st off Vidor didn't have the speed your claiming they have. 1 lost to Vidor doesn't mean Lum season is over or that we can't beat anybody else that beats Vidor. As for Central maybe they are good but I don't think they going to win district. JMO. Cen @ Lum ? When the clock stops at the end of the 4th we will know then.
beaumontballer44 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 I really think nederland is going to win this district and will probably come in 2nd.
BMTSoulja1 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 I really think nederland is going to win this district and will probably come in 2nd. They'll win district and come in second? Wow! they must be good! ;D
Guest Uhhh What? Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 I really think nederland is going to win this district and will probably come in 2nd. That is very profound, so you're telling me that one team will take the top two spots in district. HMMM?
Raider88 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Central will win!! Not that I am from Missouri but the Raiders will have to SHOW-ME!! ???
Guest LR1969 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Lumberton 23-20, assuming Hanna plays (some are suggesting he should be suspended for a game). If he doesn't play, Central 27-10.
Razor08 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Lumberton 23-20, assuming Hanna plays (some are suggesting he should be suspended for a game). If he doesn't play, Central 27-10. Who would be suggesting that? If you dont remember, last year Hussey got kicked out of the BC game
vhs Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Gonna be a long week over in Raider Land. I'm sure there coach will have to spend as much time repairing their mental game as he will the physical bumps and bruises that the Pirates put on them. Depending on how they recover will determine if this game is even close. Central 28 Lumberton 14 - difference could be much more if the Raiders don't get their helmets back on straight.
Guest LR1969 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Razor08...just the talk on a couple of threads here. Some are saying Jacob shouldn't play next week for his behavior in the Vidor game. Just quoting what others are saying...No inside scoop here. I, for one, hope he's out on the field.
revenge of 1964 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 lumberton by 3pt. if you hold on to the ball... centrals D will jar it loose.
Raiderfan87 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 It will depend on who is healthy for the Raiders -Need to see the IR report - If Hanna & Beard are on the sidelines (like the 2nd half of Vidors game) it will a long night. I'm causiously optimistic for a Raider rebound.
piratesplayer2 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 If your the Jags Defense, you come out and hit Hanna up high and hit em in the mouth he'll lay down. but if not he'll make you pay. If Hanna runs hard all night, he'll wear out that Jags D! I'll take Lumberton by 3, 24-21. L-Train

HJ-Hawks25 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Jags are better defensively and will match up well against Lumberton's offense. Lower scoring game, but I gotta take the Jags by 2 TD's with Central ending in a big play on defense.
football fan34 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 still dont see how vidor fans say they dominated lumberton lumberton had there chances to get back in the game and had some mental break downs but good job vidor
