BMTSoulja1 Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 In the Ned/Cen game, this will be our first game at Babe Zaharius stadium. We have played at Alex Durley Stadium (WB) once. All the rest have been on the road. So don't come saying that it makes no sense to play 2 in a row away games.
tvc184 Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 Central. We have 2 away games in a row which doesn't make since. Why not? You can't schedule all of the games home/away/home/away. Nederland plays 7 district games and 4 are on the road this year. Next year 4 games in district will be at home. As Walter Cronkite used to say, "And that's the way it is".
Nederland Dog 2006 Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 It doesn't matter to me. I just didn't know why we had two away games in a row. But it doesn't matter. We will take them both.
captainclaude Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 This question shouldn't even be asked. LCM wouldn't win in 3A until they decide to get a Coach and move some of the focus off of baseball, and put it back into the Football program. Ned 40 LCM 0
Howdoyoulikeurcrow? Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 I'm gonna have to go with LCM on this one. That mean green machine is just too much for Nederland. LCM 33 Ned 7
jake94 Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 I'm gonna have to go with LCM on this one. That mean green machine is just too much for Nederland. LCM 33 Ned 7 You actually think that Nederland will SCORE?
C O Wilson Bullpups Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 I think C O Wilson's 8th grade A team could take LCM
dawgnut Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 I'm gonna have to go with LCM on this one. That mean green machine is just too much for Nederland. LCM 33 Ned 7 You actually think that Nederland will SCORE? Now that's funny! LCM always plays Nederland tough this could be their coming out party who knows.
skipper Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 LC-M - to slow no speed no one likes to hit and love to lay on the ground.if the dogs dont win bt 30 are more shame shame. you keep saying that lc-m gives you guys a hard time NOT THIS YEAR
tcherico Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 I have followed Nederland this year and they seem to have all the parts falling together with the run game setting up the pass game. If they stay healthy and dont over look any one they will make a deep run this year.
td Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 LC-M - to slow no speed no one likes to hit and love to lay on the ground.if the dogs dont win bt 30 are more shame shame. you keep saying that lc-m gives you guys a hard time NOT THIS YEAR I think you are putting all of those kids in one basket and that's not really fair. I read another post from you that said you have seen them play. If that is the case then you know that #20 and #34 do like to hit and play hard. I'm not saying they are the only ones but they stuck out to me when I saw them play. I will agree that they aren't competitive in the 4A district but lets give the ones that deserve it their due. I applaud each and everyone of those kids for continuing to come out and practice and play.
jesusfreak Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 so true... just cuz the team is struggling, let's not overlook the heart and talent that is on the team... #20 hunter gonzales and #34 blake perry , are two sophomores that play their hearts out... I challenge you nederland fans to watch those two young men tonight and applaud them when they deserve it... there are others, like #80 ( a freshman ), but #20 and #34 definitely stand out.
Nederland Dog 2006 Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 Well, I'm bring the big shaker tonight so ya'll will hear me making some freaking noise tonight. They will know that the Bulldogs came to LCM tonight! HOOAAH!
The Real Black and Gold Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 I can already see heads starting to swell...
Nederland Dog 2006 Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 Eh. Aint getting a big head. Just got high hopes for the dogs, baby!
skipper Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 everything starts with the coaching staff i do belive the kids at lc-m NEED SOMEONE to look up too. i have watch the kids play there hearts out in three game this year but i only SEE (ONE) COACH on the sidelines that has it togather and is excited all the game.if you watch tonight you will see the one i am talking about all the rest are just standing no excitement from them no pats on the backs of the kids as thay come off the field what a shame.i was talking to one of the kids father monday his son is a jr at lc-m and he said his son told him that he will stick it out this year but NO NO next year
adminbaberuth Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 I'm usually late getting to LCM and have to sit with my cousins on LCM's side. Hope they have room for me tonight.
NDNWarrior Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 I see heads swelling as well :. There's a lot of "what if's" that could come into play tonite :-[.
Bucof2010 Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 I see heads swelling as well :. There's a lot of "what if's" that could come into play tonite :-[. Sure is...just imagine... "What if" Nederland wins by 20 "What if" Nederland wins by 30 "What if" Nederland plays their starters through the second quarter...
