Cardinals Open U.S. Play At Fighting Irish Gridiron Golf Classic

Lamar is one of 16 teams in the field and will be grouped with Arkansas and Michigan State in the "featured" pairing during both rounds of Monday's 36-hole play. Michigan State won both the team and individual titles in 2007 while Lamar and Arkansas tied for second. LU swept both crowns in the inaugural event in 2006 with Justin Harding earning medalist honors.
