  It's my understanding that this teams name, equipment, current acceptances into major tournaments, etc. were sold $$$ to the current coach.  ?

  It will be interesting to see if current Peppers players accept and stay under this leadership. (If you stay you MIGHT get to play more years than you expected  ;D)

Strictly a business decision ($) on the new management.  They had a good product for sell and found a buyer. The parents/players must decide if the character and ethics of a coach are acceptable to them. FYI, TX Peppers Gold are not a part (and haven't been a part for a long time) of the TX Peppers organization.  If you want to irritate them, congratulate members of the TX Peppers organization on their selection of coach for their Gold team.  I'm sure MC Elite Gold is glad that there is no longer an MC Elite (Sicotte).
