The Lamar women's soccer team played Central Arkansas to a 2-2 double-overtime tie at the UCA Soccer Complex on Friday.

A tie is better than a lose.

I see 2 MAJOR positives out of this result...

1.) A point is a point, and they do add up

2.) 2 goals scored away from home, VERY instrumental that they are finding the back of the net, especially away

Now I still believe that they are a season or two away from the SLC tourney, but progress and confidence this year is what was needed, and Coach Hardman is doing a might fine job so far...
