Very well. Wasn't trying to be a smart ass, just curious about the comment. Did Manvel look tough? or were there a lot of mistakes by TC?
1KatKiller Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 i don't think i'd ever use manvel and tough in the same sentence, but here's what happened. manvel had like 100+ yards in penalties that pretty much killed their drives. Texas city was ahead 21-12 with 3 minutes left in the game. manvel scored with 35 seconds left, went for 2, missed. manvel onside kicked, got it and scored again on about a 15-20 yard run with 10 seconds left on the clock. they went for 2 again and missed again. I'm not really sure manvel won it as much as texas city gave it away. I'd love to see the stats on this one because texas city really didnt generate that much offense it was pretty much just field position.
