snafu
ooooohhhh so that is the meaning of the Triple Threat.... nice backside blocks. To bad they didn't gain more yardage on the run though hahahah I bet that was an awesome game after those hits....

TXHORN_ET
One of the biggest hits I ever saw in person was in a playoff game between Hemphill and Mart in 2000. A HUGE Hemph lineman picked up a fumble and evidently figured he was going to ramble for a TD. Quan Cosby had different ideas as he came in like a fricken scud missle and knocked this fella head over heels. It was very much like Quan's hit on that poor OU player on Jordan Shipley's run and catch during last weeks Texas - OU game.

Gtj007
Best hits I've seen in person were on back-to-back plays. In the 2000 Nederland vs. Dayton game. Nederland intercepted the ball and ran it back for a TD. During the run back Ryan Pilitre(sp?), DB, layed out a Dayton WR that had to be carted off the field and taken away in an ambulance. The first play after the kick-off, Pilitre laid out another Dayton WR that was taken away in an ambulance. Two very hard but clean hits. Both of the WRs ended up being ok. Hotrodg
Freakin awsome. Besides being NICE blocks, great example of playing til the whistle. Obviously there was no loafing on the offside!
