The weather this weekend should be FANTASTIC! Enjoy the weather and the AWEsome college football games today. Now for my results... THIS WEEKS TOUPS GRAPHICS RESULTS A very impressive week for Toups Graphics as his predictions come very close to becoming reality. Toups Graphics stumbles in each of the games of the week in both districts as Crosby upsets North Forest and the Bulldogs are unable to remain perfect in their loss against Central. In 19-4A CE King and Dayton remain perfect and are two weeks away from playing for the district championship while in 20-4A LC-M is joined by Ozen and PN-G as most likely eliminated from the playoff chase. Nederland, Central, Lumberton, Livingston, and Vidor will duke it out for the four playoff spots. Nederland has Lumberton, Livingston, and Vidor left and has the highest ladder to climb to make it to the post season. The last three weeks in 20-4A will be full of firecrackers. How did Toups Graphics do this week? Read below for the results. 19-4A GC Memorial vs Galena Park TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION GALENA PARK 35 GC MEMORIAL 7 ****************************** THE RESULT **************************** GALENA PARK 32 MEMORIAL 14 Toups Graphics comes very close to nailing this score. Galena Park moves up the ranks in 19-4A to a tie for third place with Barbers Hill. Memorial remains perfect in the wrong direction. Kingwood Park vs CE King TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION CE KING 56 KINGWOOD PARK 7 ****************************** THE RESULT **************************** CE KING 62 KINGWOOD PARK 7 Toups Graphics was almost perfect in this score also. CE King comes up with nine touchdowns instead of the predicted eight while Kingwood Park avoids the shutout with a lone TD. CE King remains perfect in district with a resounding whooping of Kingwood Park. Dayton vs Barbers Hill TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION DAYTON 56 BARBERS HILL 7 ****************************** THE RESULT **************************** DAYTON 46 BARBERS HILL 14 A Dayton fumble on the 5 yard line stops this prediction from being perfect. Barbers Hill was able to punch it in for their second score while Dayton missed out on one scoring opportunity. This was a pretty ho hum game with Dayton marching up and down the field. The Broncos finish the night with over half a thousand yards of offense. They had the ball nine times, scored seven touchdowns, fumbled once, and punted with the 2nd string offense at the end of the game. Cody Green had a very impressive night rushing the ball, and AJ Dugat had some impressive catches and runs. The Broncos looked fantastic in the renewal of the Dayton / Barbers Hill rival. Word is that Sunday at Old River Baptist Church is PURPLE PRIDE day! The Broncos stampede the Eagles and have bragging rights for the next year in the town of Old River (which is split in the middle by the school district line). GAME OF THE WEEK North Forest vs Crosby TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION NORTH FOREST 28 CROSBY 21 ****************************** THE RESULT **************************** CROSBY 24 NORTH FOREST 21 North Forest was one touchdown away from making Toups Graphics perfect in 19-4A. Crosby holds North Forest to three touchdowns while a field goal is the difference in the game. North Forest is now in a three game losing streak while Crosby rebounds after a trip to the woodshed in Dayton. Crosby is in a tie with third place with Galena Park while North Forest can't lose any more. 20-4A Ozen vs Lumberton TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION LUMBERTON 35 OZEN 14 ****************************** THE RESULT **************************** LUMBERTON 27 OZEN 17 Lumberton comes away with 27 points instead of the predicted five touchdowns, but the L-Train is still steaming down the tracks. Lumberton moves a step closer to the playoffs while Ozen joins LC-M in the role of spoiler. Congrats to Lumberton on the win, Toups Graphics is one of the many Dayton fans that are rooting for the Raiders to make the playoffs and then get paired up against the Broncos in the first round. A dream come true for SETX sport fans everywhere. LC-M vs Livingston TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION LIVINGSTON 42 LC-M 0 ****************************** THE RESULT **************************** LIVINGSTON 42 LC-M 10 Toups Graphics nails the 42 points scored by Livingston, but LC-M is able to avoid the shutout with a TD and a field goal. The Livingston Lions have made a mid season trip to the Wizard of Oz and got a badge of courage as they have now posted two impressive back to back wins. Look for Livingston to keep moving up the rankings in 20-4A. PN-G vs Vidor TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION VIDOR 17 PN-G 14 ****************************** THE RESULT **************************** VIDOR 23 PN-G 14 Toups Graphics exactly predicts that PN-G's two touchdowns wouldn't be enough as Vidor scores six more than predicted. The Indians hope of post season ends as they are forced off the plank by the Pirates. Vidor now has the Black Pearl sailing at full mast while the tribe is sent back to the Reservation wondering what has happened over the last three weeks. GAME OF THE WEEK Nederland vs Central TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION NEDERLAND 21 CENTRAL 14 ****************************** THE RESULT **************************** CENTRAL 20 NEDERLAND 10 Toups Graphics only error in 20-4A. Nederland's effort to sit atop of the hill in 20-4A is stopped by the resurgent Jaguars. For Nederland their hopes of winning an outright district championship is now vanished. They have the hardest schedule of the playoff hopefuls in 20-4A and odds are they stumble at least one more time. Meanwhile the Jaguars have a more favorable schedule and might be able to finish the season without another loss winning the district championship.
