kgreen Posted August 17, 2006 Report Posted August 17, 2006 How come every one is counting out HJ for next year? Didn't they finish 2nd in their district last year.
bignasty69 Posted August 17, 2006 Report Posted August 17, 2006 I think HJ wins or at least finishes 2nd in that district. They have Kevin Roebuck returning in the outfield, Taylor Monse pitching, Lane Helveston crushing the ball as the DH, and now Dylan Lundy at SS or 2nd.
hfaninthestands Posted August 17, 2006 Report Posted August 17, 2006 I think HJ wins or at least finishes 2nd in that district you don't see a lot of baseball do you???
bignasty69 Posted August 18, 2006 Report Posted August 18, 2006 I did see HJ beat HF twice last year. HJ only lost 2 good players Tommy Roebuck and Nathan Ricossa. HF lost thier only good player. Joey Johnson

Good Luck to the hawks and to their 3rd head coach in 3 years...
bignasty69 Posted August 18, 2006 Report Posted August 18, 2006 I am proclaiming a title run IN THE MIDDLE OF AUGUST. HJ win district 21 3A easy
hfaninthestands Posted August 18, 2006 Report Posted August 18, 2006 I am sorry for every replying to this idiotic thread...I'm dumber now... HJ world champions You heard it here first Ladies and Gents... And Nasty will play flawlessly this year (excuse me, next year) and lead them to the title run..
bignasty69 Posted August 18, 2006 Report Posted August 18, 2006 Im 9 years old thanks for the conversation. By the way it took you long enough to figure out who the champs are.
Ty Cobb Posted August 18, 2006 Report Posted August 18, 2006 I am proclaiming a title run IN THE MIDDLE OF AUGUST. HJ win district 21 3A easy Easy? I think there are a few teams in the disrict that will have something to say about that. Jasper, Bridge City, Silsbee. One thing for sure, nothing will come easy in that district.
bignasty69 Posted August 18, 2006 Report Posted August 18, 2006 Well see come March. HJ district champs
kgreen Posted August 18, 2006 Author Report Posted August 18, 2006 im jumping on the wagon. HJ DISTRICT CHAMPS!!
hfaninthestands Posted August 18, 2006 Report Posted August 18, 2006 If you are nine years old (which i hope you are not not, many 9 year olds can name a starting lineup on a varsity team included letterman lost, much less if they want a red ring pop or a blue one) then get your A$$ in class.... and tell your 4th grade homeroom teacher to wake up, and for you to stop eating glue
Guest Orangeboy Posted August 18, 2006 Report Posted August 18, 2006 Nasty, I don't think many people give your Hawks a chance because of their new district. They are now in with two powerhouse baseball schools in Jasper and Bridge City, and up and coming power Silsbee who I think is the early favorite. The Hawks along with Kirbyville will have a shot at maybe a third place finish if one of the top dogs should faulter.

I thought you would jump Nasty's butt and put him in place. You were way to kind. Are you feeling OK? I hope you're not losing your touch.
bignasty69 Posted August 18, 2006 Report Posted August 18, 2006 Hey hfinthestands why are you talkin crap when yall were knocked out of the first round last year and HJ went to the second round.
hfaninthestands Posted August 18, 2006 Report Posted August 18, 2006 oh here we go....nasty69 is starting to act is age
MIF04 Posted August 20, 2006 Report Posted August 20, 2006 I think, at best, HF is a long shot to finish in the top 3 in that district. It will be a very good, very competitive district next season and HJ simply doesn't have the horses returning (or moving in) that Silsbee, Jasper, Bridge City, etc. has.
Guest Orangeboy Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 Nasty, maybe HJ might have a chance to win the district Rodeo Clown Competition. You might need to focus on something like that.
sticky Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 At this point in the year, it has to be BC, Silsbee and Jasper as the favorites. None of the other schools can hope for a playoff spot unless something happens to these three (injuries, kids moving, etc.) It seems so obvious to me.
sensor Posted August 25, 2006 Report Posted August 25, 2006 sticky you are on the mark , thats the way it looks to me too. :|
BigTuna Posted August 25, 2006 Report Posted August 25, 2006 It's August. Alot could happen between now and February. Kids could get hurt playing football, basketball, etc. All teams are even until district starts. Kirbyville started 1-13 last year and got in and went 2 rounds. Hj started 2-7 and went 2 rounds.
hfaninthestands Posted August 25, 2006 Report Posted August 25, 2006 finally a logical post from HJ....Tuna you are right....many teams may falter early, but make great runs....Including hamshire's run in 04...third round playoffs with a losing record
bignasty69 Posted August 25, 2006 Report Posted August 25, 2006 Last time i checked this is 06 not 04.

Give it up Nasty, You are a troll, with no insight.....think of something clever so when you re sitting in class and ask to go to the restroom next period you can run to the computer lab and type in a remark....
bljnhjs19 Posted August 28, 2006 Report Posted August 28, 2006 does it really matter who's coming back or who left. I predict neither HF or HJ makes the playoffs. They're not good enough.
