Freshman Matt Menard, RB for BC has done really well in his limited time on varsity. 32 carries for 206 yards, 6.4 ypc, and a touchdown.

Jacob Keefer is a freshman starting at linebacker and a leader above his years for the Silsbee Tigers.  I have seen him play in other leagues and other ages and he is very effective at offense as well.  I would not be surprised to see him play both sides of the ball.  Great ball player, great kid, and good head on his shoulders, he is a youngster to watch.
