Guest coachacola Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 Where does this leave Lamar? To start, head coach Ray Woodard seems to be doing his best to secure the back yard. The commitments of local heroes Harrison Tatum and Asa Cardenas followed by lukewarm pledges from a pair of Ozen players on Thursday seem to indicate that Woodard is making an effort to own the area. Get them local and get them early seems to be the mantra. It was interesting that one of the Ozen players, John Prescott, is hoping for more interest from Conque and Central Arkansas. The other, Daniel Lamelle, is holding out hope that a flirtation with Georgia Tech bears fruit. Welcome to the crowd Ray, welcome to the crowd. Guest mffl Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 Good article... I heard Lamelle is pretty good... i'll be surprised if he sticks with his commitment because I bet he's capable getting bigger offers.
