If you want to know the schedule, let me know. I can't answer for the float decorating times for all teams, but I can tell you when and where for the Junior Blue team. Let me know of any questions you have. Looking forward to a fun filled week ending with some good football games on Saturday. Whoo Hoo, we get to play on the high school field this week.

This was the first year my son has participated in football and I was really not looking forward to it. I was soooo surprised by how it went. Congrats to the winner(s) of the Dance Off Junior Blue - Dillon Junior White - (I didn't catch his name -- TD: what was his name?) Big THANKS to Eric Guillory's place of employment for the TV/stereo that was given to each child who was displaced by Hurricane Ike. That was awesome! The snack bags given to each player was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to the parade tomorrow. Good Luck everyone!

When Keion did a flip on the floor, I almost came off those bleachers! Dillon can dance just as well as he can play football and we KNOW he can play football! Txdragon Posted November 5, 2008 Report Posted November 5, 2008 Thanks and kudos to EVERYONE who made the homecoming pep rally a HUGE SUCCESS. Eric Guillory and everyone should be commended and also special thanks to Dr. Collins for allowing us to be there in the first place. Also, as was stated at the rally thanks to WAL-MART for helping create the program. My kids have had a great time their first year in the program and hope to carry on the success of Junior Blue to 7th grade football next year. Thanks, to Coach Robertson, Coach Guillory, Coach Tezano, and all the other coaches and parents who help coach the kids.

It was fun. It is going to be hard to get these kids pumped up for each other if we meet in the Super Bowl. They are all good friends and have respect for one another. This is going to be one very special group, if they stick with it and stay focused. It just make it so much harder for Hooks to retire, when he knows how good a group he has on the way. Keep the Mustang Tradition Alive. I am glad that I can have a hand in helping develop these future MUSTANGS. Thanks to all Lil Mustang coaches from flag, pee wee, junior, senior, and cheerleaders. You all deserve a pat on the back. Keep up the good work.

Speaking of Hooks: did you catch the stipluation he put on all of our teams for this weekend: Sure, we can use the field, but we can't break the WOS tradition of Winning on his field. WOS hasn't lost on his field in 5 years and we CAN NOT lose. Whew, big shoes to fill there! ha ha While you guys are patting the men on the back ... what about us team moms? queenb77630 Posted November 7, 2008 Author Report Posted November 7, 2008 parade was fun. wish there had been more lights on the streets so that we on the sidelines could have seen better but that is nothing that anyone but the City could have done anything about. Also, I was irritated with the cars still being allowed to pass while the parade was going on. That was really dangerous because there were kids running into the road trying to get to the candy. Plus, once the cars could go no further .... they just stopped on the road .... blocking the view of the people trying to enjoy the parade. anyway, i did not stay for the entire community pep rally. i pulled a muscle in my back yesterday and was in some major pain sitting in the stands so i gathered up my lil mustang and came home to my heating pad :-\ how was the rest of the pep rally? i really wanted to see the WOS get lit up. I bet that was awesome. Hope to see a lot of fans out at the Dan Hooks stadium on Saturday to support ALL of our Lil Mustangs. I'll be out there for our game at 12:30.
