cowgirl 59
Well said,Texas Prep Insider.com has Dayton/Lumberton in round # 4 w/Dayton advancing to rd.5 against Kerrville Tivy. That is to be decided, only speculation like most other posts on this site,we are only making a opinion about something we cannot control. Long Tall Texan
I agree with the sentiment. Would love to see them meet again, and it would be great to see Nederland and central take control and eventually meet up as well.
liltex
Would you believe 4A Division 2-Region 3-- has 8 teams out of 16 w/4 or more losses-1 team Manor has 3 wins & 7 losses--there are 3 teams in w/3 losses--3 teams w/2 losses--Dayton/Lumberton w/1 each. Chewca
What's interesting to me is looking at the 4A Div I vs Div II playoff teams' final district standing. For region III, it appears that 7 out of out of the 16 Div II playoff where the #1 and #2 teams in their respective district. All this goes to say, don't judge a school size. liltex
Looks just like the makins of sportswriters eating crow,as of late about who is #1.There evidently is Quite a few Districts pretty evenly matched.Lots of 3&4 loss teams.Big tradition playoff schools have new coaches & rebuilding-Some have been seperated by district re-alignments.I gotta pick the teams w/better Coaching records to play on in pressure games.
