baller001 Posted November 10, 2008 Report Share Posted November 10, 2008 they are two totally different kinds of shape in football you run a play and then have time to rest after every play for the next play to be called in while in basketball you are going non-stop barring a foul, timeout, or a few other exceptions...it takes a few days to weeks for most football players to get compltely into basketball shape Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
