How is Huffman this year?

They are OK and have many kids back from last year but overall numbers are still down.  They have one player Shelby Pier that is pretty good in the pivot and a guard name Kinney that is solids. Hope we can make a run for one of the spots this year in our district.

Huffman played in the BH fall league and I was impressed by their "scrappiness".  There will be no shortage of hustle from this group.  Kinney is solid and the team has some good outside shooters.  They should contend for a playoff spot in their district.

Don't know the final but Lady Hawks by twenty  and Lady Hawk JV won by more than that. Junior told me that Lady Hawks had a really good post player that can flat out play. Conrads Lady Hawks and Lady Falcons keep playing hard good things will happen.

I heard Huffman put together a run late to cut it to 20.Tha Lady Hawks big girl has been battling the flu but overall I heard they played well tonight.Not sure of the individual stats but I believe LaLa had 19 tonight.They travel to Baytown this weekend to play in what will be a very strong tournament opening with Kingwood on Thursday.
