baseball4life09 Posted November 11, 2008 Report Posted November 11, 2008 P.J. Dean of new caney Was traded from the Washington Nationals to the Florida Marlins along with another minor leaguer for Josh Willingham and Scott Olsen. Looks the Marlins expect big things out of the local boy.
EAGLE07 Posted November 11, 2008 Report Posted November 11, 2008 Dean just finished up an excellent year in the minor leagues. Bright future for this kid.

I..oops, my son played against P.J in district...Dean's the real deal.
falcolnfanatic Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 How does New Caney look ,this year , going against 5-A competition? probably will be a long year for new caney. They did not make the playoffs last year in 4a, and now they have to move up and play the woodlands, oak ridge, and conroe. not good for the eagles
