Eagles win season-opener The Barbers Hill Eagles girls’ basketball team won their first game of the year Tuesday beating Santa Fe 59-36. Carli Manchaca led the Eagles on the night with 25 points. Britney Gibs, Jordan Cobb and Chelsea Eppler each chipped in six points. Jullian Coon led the Eagles in assists picking up seven.
