Regional Player of the Week: AJ Dugat, WR, Dayton

Senior wide receiver AJ Dugat of Dayton has been dominate to say the least. During the regular season he caught 70 passes for 1139 yards and also amassed 358 rushing yards with an additional 4 touchdowns. That's an amazing 14.5 yards a touch for this Houston commit. Dugat has had such a succesful year on the field his name is constantly brough up with other big programs within the state as being a coveted recruit to land.

CONGRATS AJ!!!

Catching his highlights since 7th grade has been a real treat!

I pity the lone defensive player that has to tackle him one on one.

AJ usually wins that battle.

What a great football player.

UH has landed a HUGE RECRUIT!

Can't wait to watch him play on Saturday.

Dugat is a superb athelete.  "Slow" football players impress every week on the field. Wherever this kid goes, that program will be glad to have this "slow" athelete. Good luck at the next level A.J.

The best thing about A.J.is he draws so much attention,it allows some others speedsters to bust a large gain.Besides every time he gets the ball he is a serious threat to take it to the house. One on One you lose.

Don't count Mack out yet.UT with Garrett Gilbert coming to.Anybody know if he's a Grandson of UT'S QB from late 60's Chris Gilbert??Saw him play against Ole Miss in Bluebonnett Bowl if my memory serves me against Archie Manning.

Not sure about his grandpa, but his dad is Gale Gilbert, who played college ball at Cal and also played on Sundays.
