KEEP ON BELIEVING!! THIS WEEKS TOUPS GRAPHICS RESULTS The area round of the playoffs are complete. Toups Graphics was perfect on the Friday games, predicting a big Bronco victory and a season ending loss for the Cougars or Crosby, but on Saturday the Bulldogs fall to Montgomery while Toups Graphics correctly picks the Jaguars to advance. Toups Graphics slightly raises his overall percentage by going 3 out of 4 this week. The Broncos and the Jaguars are the sole survivors in 4A east of the San Jacinto River. ELGIN VS DAYTON FRIDAY 7:30 DAYTON, BRONCO STADIUM TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION DAYTON 48 ELGIN 14 **************** THE RESULT ************ DAYTON 42 ELGIN 14 Going into halftime the Wild Cats had to be feeling great. They had the Bronco offense stymied and managed two touchdowns to have a tie at 14 to 14. Then the Bronco's had a "little chat" at halftime with their head coach. The result was an unbelievably impressive 3rd quarter. In a mere 9 minutes Dayton put up 21 points on the board and ran away with the game. After kicking off to the Wild Cats, Elgin fumbled the ball on the first play, two plays later Cody ran in it for a touchdown and the rout was on. The Broncos defense totally shut down the Wild Cats while the Dayton offense scored at will. The Broncos were crushing the competition all over the field, even your humble camera man got trucked. Toups Graphics survives to live another day. A great 3rd quarter performance almost results in a perfect prediction. Next up for the Broncos will be the winner of the Terry vs Sharpstown game. CROSBY VS BRENHAM FRIDAY 7:30 PM GALENA PARK STADIUM TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION BRENHAM 28 CROSBY 14 **************** THE RESULT ************ BRENHAM 31 CROSBY 24 Crosby played Brenham to the very end, but no offense in the 2nd half did the Cougars in. Crosby actually was leading Brenham at halftime, but a 3rd quarter fake punt set up a Brenham touchdown that turned the tide of the game. Brenham advances to region while Crosby starts roundball practice. CENTRAL VS LOCKHART SATURDAY 7:00 PM KATY, RHODES STADIUM TOUPS GRAPHICS FEARLESS PREDICTION CENTRAL 21 LOCKHART 7 **************** THE RESULT ************ CENTRAL 24 LOCKHART 21 Central's defense makes the necessary stops while the Jag's offense scores just enough to get by. Central advances to play again. Next up for the Jags will be Angleton. Toups Graphics got the scores BACKWARDS! The Bulldog's season ends on a Saturday afternoon in Conroe. The Bulldog's offense couldn't quite get enough points while the Bulldog defense yet again gives up over 30 points. The Bulldogs should be proud of making the playoffs and advancing. The big win over Vidor, and a crushing victory over the Indians highlighted the Bulldogs 2008 season.
