Guest Jody Posted August 24, 2006 Report Posted August 24, 2006 I don't know about you, but $300.00 is just too much for a fishing trip. If anyone wants to be able to fish trophy bass lakes for a reasonable cost, just PM me. If anyone is interested in fishing Choke Canyon, starting September I am going to run a few weekend trips. I am trying to make this affordable for those who want to fish for quality Sout Texas bass, but just don't get away much. Due to high school football season, these trips will be Early Saturday or even Sunday trips. The drive is about 4 to 4-1/2 hours from Baytown, so we would need to leave around 2 AM. We can fish for 1 hour or until dark, does not matter to me. Cost are as such: 1. Split cost of fuel for truck and fuel/oil for boat 2. Split cost for drinks, ice, snacks 3. Fee is $100.00 I can also do trips for Lake Amistad or Falcon Lake if you like. These lakes are 6-7 hours away, so it would be an overnight trip. Contact me if you want to discuss these or any other lake. I have fished most lakes in Texas. My boat is a 18 foot Ranger Bass Boat with 150 Johnson. P.S. If you root against WOS when they play Bridge City, I will throw in breakfast.......
Guest Jody Posted August 24, 2006 Report Posted August 24, 2006 One thing I forgot, if you have a group of folks who want to go, I have another experienced fisherman who can take a couple. I prefer to take one person, but if you have a son or daughter who wants to go, we can discuss. I always the opportunity to teach a kid to fish.
Guest Jody Posted August 24, 2006 Report Posted August 24, 2006 Can people from Orange go? Sure they can. If it rains I have BH Raincoat I can laon them........ :D After all, I am taking Kicker for free due to WOS beating BH in the scrimmage.
Guest Jody Posted August 24, 2006 Report Posted August 24, 2006 When ya'll going? Maybe on a by-week date. If not in October some time. I am going to get him a BH shirt and put him on some BIG bass. He's going to think he is in heaven......
