Dayton quarterback Cody Green is no stranger to the end zone. Green, a senior, has thrown for 2,663 yards and 27 touchdowns and run for 1,094 yards and 23 touchdowns. Dayton faces Brenham in the Class 4A playoffs Saturday.

As soon as the Dayton Broncos lost to Austin Lake Travis in the Class 4A Division II state semifinals last season, Cody Green couldn’t wait to get out on the field and start practicing with his pal A.J. Dugat.

The pair have been playing together since elementary school, and Green missed out on the Broncos’ wild ride through Region III last season because of an ankle injury

I say 28-7. Then Kerrville-Tivy is probably the next team they have to play. That will be a tough game.

Don't know about this one as much...Brenham apparently has some pretty good athletes so we may see a team with equal athletes for the first time this season.  Still see Dayton rollin' in this one as long as they limit the mistakes.
