bullets13 Posted December 5, 2008 Report Posted December 5, 2008 without the pressure of playing a big-name team, LU comes out confident and wins by a dozen
Guest coachacola Posted December 5, 2008 Report Posted December 5, 2008 Here's my quick scounting report: Ohio is not a big team and they go about 8 deep. They are a good 3-point shooting team, but are not that good rebounding. Lamar is almost the opposite: a good rebounding team but not good shooting 3s. They play up-tempo like Lamar and don't turn the ball over much, and they are better offensively than Lamar at this point. I think the game will depend on how hot Ohio is from outside. If they keeping nailing 3-pointers the whole game then Lamar will probably lose. If Lamar can shoot a decent percentage and dominate the boards then Lamar can win. I guess it also depends on how much of a hangover Lamar has from Kentucky game. Since I'm always the optimist, LU wins 75-69.
Lazeek Posted December 5, 2008 Report Posted December 5, 2008 Need this quality win........will we get it?????
UNLV Posted December 5, 2008 Report Posted December 5, 2008 Not big? The whole team is 6' and bigger with 2 guys 6'10 and 6'11... Lamar must exploit the quickness against them....Run run run Lamar. They will be looking past Lamar at their Sunday match-up with Louisville. Again, run run run.....
