It's easy because there is a measurement entity involved in the process. For example, we can set our goals in practice to shoot 50 free throws and make a minimum of 45 shots. Now that's a routine one can see and measure. Telling an athlete to stay positive is easier said than done. Especially when one is about to meet a bigger and stronger foe. All of that being positive attitude can fly when you're on the court and they are all what you subconsciously knew in the beginning. In other words, LU already has a 10 point advantage as of Dec 6@12:02 p.m. Saturday morning. :
