The Bruins wanted another chance to even the score with Central, after the Jaguars came away with a 54-48 win on Nov. 25. On Saturday afternoon, the Bruins got their wish. West Brook outscored Central 38-5 in the first half en route to a 55-21 victory in its third game of the James White tournament. The Bruins scored 24 unanswered points in the second period. West Brook's Lanard Whittington had 17 points while Bryan Johnson had 10. There were no players in double figures for the Jaguars. Gulley led all scorers with 8.
