Although coach smith doesnt even remotely compare to coach fonteaux he has certainly gotten his girls into winning shape. The Titans just need to get there heads on straight and they will be back to thier normal winning tradition. #00 is most deffinately D 1 material.

Are you a former player of his and if so, what is your thinking concerning Coach Smith? Coach Smith has taken a program that was basically forgotten about and with the help of a group of committed players turned the Nederland girls into a solid contender. Without question, one of the up and coming young coaches in the area. Nederland is fortunate to have him running the girls bb program. Maybe your insight is correct about Memorial, but way off base concerning the Lady Dogs and Coach Smith. The biggest problem with some young coaches is they think they have all the answers and many times don't even understand the question. Take it or leave it
