Hey Coop you mentioned some rather cold weather could be in store for our area around Christmas.  I'm an avid hunter and was wondering if you could elaborate on how cold of weather your talking about?

Hopefully it stays cold and will push more ducks and geese down to this area cause i hear up around college station there murdering ducks!!

If you want birds, there needs to be a total lockup on all water N of the Red River for at least a week

yea im pretty sure the hurricane screwed us over lol .....

Heard a lot of geese on the move south last night (Thursday the 18th) - more than I've heard all season.  Colder conditions must be on the way.

Actually the hurricane will help us on the upper coast next yr as most of the Water Hys?? has been flushed out opening up waterways, potholes ect. What I was refering to was ICE covering most water up north of us forcing the birds South. Why do you think there are more birds after season, its NOT because of no hunting...
