gcrew Posted January 5, 2009 Report Posted January 5, 2009 I'll tell you what happened...the coach doesn't know how to play or coach basketball. Their ONE play is run around until you get open and then throw the ball to the posts. That won't work with any teams in this area. And the sub-varsity coaches have tried to put plays into effect, but the coach won't have any of that. Oh and she lost 5 or 6 seniors last year and is regretting not playing them the way she should have. PNG has never been known as a basketball powerhouse, but DEAD LAST...are you Kidding!?!?
iluvnolanryan Posted January 6, 2009 Report Posted January 6, 2009 a couple of years ago this lady also scared away talent that she didn't even know she had. she benched players 5 or 6 games in a row (not even 30 seconds of a game were played by a few) and then cold turkey she asked them to go in a step up in a big game and they failed to do so......... she wonders why.... eventually they gave up on her and quit trying
