Lamar beat 56 ranked Tech, but only moves up 10 spots... Lamar is ranked 50 spots below tech...

Several things...

1) Sagarin is not a poll

2) SFA's win came on the road, which is worth more than a LU home win

3) RPI has SFA at 85, Lamar at 94 (Tech is 75).

Why should a team automatically be ahead of the team they beat in a rating system? That's one game of what will ultimately be 30ish plus.

I never said a win should automatically put you ahead. But 50 spots ahead of a team that beats you is crazy.
