"Slingin" Sammy Baugh passes away today

Slingin Sammy was one of the greatest Texas High School Football Players ever.  Texas football loses a true Legend.  May he rest in peace.

thank you, I did not know this....I have an old football card of his....He was one of the best punters ever in addition to FG, Drop Kicks, and being a QB....I am suprised, that ESPN radio didn't say anything.

How old was he (my card is tucked away, I can't check his birthdate...heck I will go to ESPN, and find out.

He was 94. It's a sad day for all Redskins fans.
