Aside any disasters happening, Hardin will have their best team since 1983, the first year Hardin went 3A and killed everybody from their previous 2A district and won three or four 3A district games.

Hardin their gonna be fast, and have some good backs.

I think Buna will hit a low next year. They had great season in 07 and this year the remnants of that team will graduate. Just one of those cycles.

If I learned anything this past season it is: Never make predictions !!!  BUT, I am still going to say my lions will do good this year. They are loosing a lot of players...but to me all that means is new kids get to show people what they can do.GOOD LUCK TO ALL THE TEAMS!!!!!  GO LIONS!!!!!  Love ya'll #32 mom

I may be wrong on the year, but I think it was 1983 that Hardin beat EC, hamshire-fannett, and someone else in 3A. They also beat Hull-Daisetta, West Hardin, ect. from their previous 2A district, so 2-7 is not accurate. The EC score was real close, like 8-0 or something close to that.

Should be pretty good at least for the next two seasons...plenty of experience coming back. A key lose in Stelly this year but Villemez is back and should take full control of the leadership.

Watch out for the sophmore in Anahuac the All-State Defensive Back

He will move into the backfield next year.

idk about leadership, but he will definately take control on the field he is a very gifted athlete and i think he will be great next season for sure...

With Mitch being the best one coming back (and a senior) if he didnt show leadership then IMO that would hurt the team. Leadership is vital in many if not all successfull teams and if he does become the leader then i believe they (Hardin) will be tough to defeat next year.

Whats the word on Stelly? Where is he going to play?

I think Buna is gonna be ok, i know were losing several key players but we still have have our QB, TB and FB back for next year
