BUCman Posted January 2, 2009 Report Posted January 2, 2009 Very good game by both teams. In the second High Island had as much as a 15 point lead. Game was close into the 4th but Deweyville hit free throws and High Island turned the ball over.
Deweyville7281 Posted January 2, 2009 Report Posted January 2, 2009 On Friday Jan. 2nd the Deweyville Pirates (10 & 11), (0 & 1) traveled to High Island and won a hard fought game 78 to 65. High Island jumped out to an early 14 point lead before the Pirates poured it on, to take a two point lead into half time. Score by quarter DV 16 35 47 78 HI 23 33 46 65 We are very proud of our young men. Hats off to High Island
