obcowboy Posted January 6, 2009 Report Posted January 6, 2009 anthony beard if he gets carries.. if not, watch out for ryan asher Y'all need to leave Beard on D and let him wreck!...He could help on O, but he's one of the two Best MLB returning along side of Central's Will Jones

ForeverADog Posted January 6, 2009 Report Posted January 6, 2009 Lovelady at Nederland should be good. He will make the switch from linebacker to tailback like Grogan did last year.
Guest baseball25 Posted January 6, 2009 Report Posted January 6, 2009 Mitch villemez of hardin/1300 irushing/22tds
How do ya say Posted January 6, 2009 Report Posted January 6, 2009 Yea , the smart money is on Hardin's Mitchell Villamez this kid has all the tools. At 6ft 3 and 210 he's not just a load to bring down but has good speed and if you've seen him run, this kid initiates all the contact, and only runs out of bounds when he absolutely has to. And that rushing total was over 1500 for last year. also look for the jarod howard from Kountz.
liltex Posted January 6, 2009 Report Posted January 6, 2009 Jakkarri Delasbour freshman 2008 at Dayton.Limited carries this year-watch for him to be a force in 2009.Got some carries in the playoffs.Best 9th grader I have seen at Broncoland.
rollinac Posted January 7, 2009 Report Posted January 7, 2009 Jakkarri Delasbour freshman 2008 at Dayton.Limited carries this year-watch for him to be a force in 2009.Got some carries in the playoffs.Best 9th grader I have seen at Broncoland. The fact that a 9th grader actually made the varsity in Dayton says a lot.

The fact that a 9th grader actually made the varsity in Dayton says a lot. I think mike dugat was the best 9th grader IMO.... He got a ton of carries though and jakari didn't so there is really no way to know. I have a feeling jakarai will be pretty special.
westend1 Posted January 7, 2009 Report Posted January 7, 2009 The Cooper kid from Westbrook looked good when he got a chance to carry. I don't know if he will have much of a line to run behind. Hopefully, some of the kids on JV last year will be ready to go.
liltex Posted January 7, 2009 Report Posted January 7, 2009 Jerry Stewart was all smiles the first few carries.Against C.E.King in 1 carry went up the middle untouched and outran everybody for a 59 yd.td.Got some play against Elgin most of the 4th qtr.
obcowboy Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 It's kinda hard to say who'll be the best back next year at Central b/c with our Offense they do a good jobs of spreading the wealth...we had 4 ball carriers, I believe, with at least 500yds rushing each! In most systems you have one good back...well I'ma say Central has a few...Nijel Daw, Roach, and watch out for Jacoby Collier...whether it's at RB or FB...he'll be a load!
AJ25 Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 anthony beard if he gets carries.. if not, watch out for ryan asher Y'all need to leave Beard on D and let him wreck!...He could help on O, but he's one of the two Best MLB returning along side of Central's Will Jones he'll play mostly defense.. thats where we'll need him most
ozen4lif3 Posted March 10, 2009 Report Posted March 10, 2009 James white from ozen 933 yds his jr year and he had to share carries with 2 other backs.
RustedCutlass Posted March 20, 2009 Report Posted March 20, 2009 Shayne Pitman, Vidor... I hope that he has a good year. He is one tough kid. Of course last year he was part of a three-headed monster with Peevey and Reynolds. Sometimes Dart. So, not as much pressure on him last season. But I think Shayne will do very well. He has a good head on his shoulders. If anybody can handle pressure, it would be him.
