whsalum Posted January 4, 2009 Report Posted January 4, 2009 This game should be pretty close. It will come down to who rebounds the ball the best will win it.D-Ville loves to run on the miss and Warren will slow it down if at all possible. If the game is in the 60 point range D-Ville will win it,if it stays in the 50- point range Warren will take it at home.
SteelerCzy Posted January 5, 2009 Report Posted January 5, 2009 Two teams with similar style players but total opposite philosophy, Warren is controlled and deliberate while Deweyville is up tempo. Whoever imposes their will on the other will win this game. Warren is better than most are giving them credit for and Deweyville has been inconsistent so far this year. Should be a close game. Deweyville - 68 Warren - 64.
southland Posted January 6, 2009 Report Posted January 6, 2009 If Deweyville is playing TEAM ball on BOTH ends of the court, i pick them to win. They are tough when they play together.

Deweyville7281 Posted January 6, 2009 Report Posted January 6, 2009 Tuesday night Jan. 6th the Deweyville Pirates, (11 & 11), ( 1 & 1), traveled to Warren. Deweyville came away with the 69 to 59 victory over the Warriors. Score by quarter DV 17 31 54 69 WN 10 31 45 59 For the fifth game in a row the Pirates had at least four players score in double figures. Our rebounding continues to improve. Both teams played well. We are very proud of our Pirates.
DP#1FAN Posted January 7, 2009 Report Posted January 7, 2009 Pirates by 12 if they play as a team. I was pretty close. Know these kids a long time. If they play as a team at BOTH ENDS of the court they will be in line for the playoffs.
