CLARK January, 10, 2009 The Southeast Texas Mustangs will carry a nine-game winning streak into a game tonight against the Houston Takers. The Mustangs extended the streak with a 120-111 victory Friday against the Mississippi Blues in Jackson, Miss. The Mustangs are 10-1, and tonight' tipoff is 7 p.m. in Houston. The Mustangs are undefeated in three games against Houston, including a 137-77 victory last week at Ford Arena. The Mustangs trailed by 14 points before a second-half rally to win Friday. Point guard Anthony Lumpkin scored 29 points. The Mustangs next home game is 7:30 p.m. Thursday against the San Antonio-based Texas Fuel.
