jake94 Posted January 11, 2009 Report Posted January 11, 2009 I think this will be a tough game for the Cards. I think UTA is one of the better teams in the conference and it will be a tough road game to win at their place. With that being said, Lamar has historically played very well on the Stage at Arlington. UTA comes in with a sense of urgency after losing first conference game. UTA 80 Lamar 75 I hope I am wrong though.
Guest mffl Posted January 11, 2009 Report Posted January 11, 2009 I hope we remember what happened March 13th in Katy, Texas when we hit the floor on Wednesday night.
badndn Posted January 11, 2009 Report Posted January 11, 2009 I think LU wins a close one. FT shooting down the strecth pays off for LU. LU 76 UTA 72 Would be nice to get a three game cushion on those guys this early.
Guest coachacola Posted January 11, 2009 Report Posted January 11, 2009 LU will win this one by 5 or 6 points. Coach Roc should have the team motivated so they'll win this game. It's the McNeese and SFA games that have me a little worried.
lamarproud Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 Lamar by 3. This will be a tough game, but LU will prevail because of superior senior leadership at crunch time.
LUFAN Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 I sure hope that we pull this one off. I believe that we are the best team in the SLC... But now we have a chance to prove it.. Pomeroy gives us a very small chance to win this game... Lets prove that idiot wrong...
Ruckdad Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 I know very little about this UTA team, but I do know that this is our first conference road game. This will be a veru good measuring stick game for us and for UTA. My heart says LU, but my head worries about the road woes the Cards have historically had. I'll say UTA by less than 5. They are likely real hungry after that loss on Saturday.
