Ok here goes.... :'(

Angelina update.....Ac drops doubleheader to Temple, 9-5 & 19-4.Ouch. I did not make the games, as a result no details.

For some reason, Angelina has started slow the last few years. Last year they started 1-8 before turning things around. This year doesn't seem to be any different. AC will host Alvin tomorrow. Doubleheader (2/7's) starting @ noon.

It will be up to Rackel and Thamm to right this ship but if the errors continue the Pitchers will need to throw no-hitters to win. Look for a few changes today,  one player becomes eligible today and might be able to help but only time will tell.

In the opener of Friday's doubleheader with Alvin, Angelina College shortstop Greg Garcia tied the score at 6-6 with a fifth-inning solo homer over dead center field, then broke the tie in the sixth inning with a three-run shot over virtually the same spot.

Mark Serna (Westbrook) made it back-to-back with a solo blast over the right-field wall, giving the Roadrunners their first win of the season, 10-6 over the Dolphins.

Angelina dropped the second game, 9-7. Thamm (BH) 5 2/3 innings, 3 runs, 2 earned, 4 K's, 1 BB. 

Angelina will host Galveston on Wednesday. The Roadrunners will be at the Blinn tournamant with two games aon Friday, the 13th and two on Sunday, the 15th.
