rollinac Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 Alright Dayton we only have ourselves to blame for not recognizing the contributions of our offensive line and our defense to the All SETX team. Jordan Baxter, Tony Hill, and Dylan Bethea definitely stand up with the best SETX has to offer on defense...especially the game changing, skull cracking, hit machine that was #21 in Purple. The two studs were easy to pick but a team is at least 22 players...a spread offense only giving up 3 sacks on the season and rushing for over 2000 yards?? None of the lineman may be college prospects but that's one heck of a performance.

Anthony St. Julian could have made the line...I guess we fell in the trap of talking about the most noted guys and not propping up the under-appreciated O-Line and the unheralded No-Name No-Names on defense. Just have to remember that next time the nominations come out...
