I overheard some people arguing whos better,Decarlos Frank or Jamar gulley?

Gulley.  I feel like he makes others around him better.  He dribbles with his head up, plays good defense (quick hands), grabs boards good, and is unstoppable on the block.  He takes good shots.

Frank.  He is a really good shooting, in volume.  He's a better 3 point shooter than Gulley.  He plays ok defense by jumping passing lanes.  He is also more athletic than Gulley.  

I'll take Gulley.  I feel like he is what you would need to make a team go...
