Are there different tools for different tournaments.

Rules for softball:

1.  strike

2.  out

3.  fair

4.  Coach, 1 more word and U're gone.

That all the rules tournaments need.

I refer to those gentlemen as the "roosters".  They stand on the fence and crow.  While they can be loud, they aren't near as dangerous as the "hens" sitting along the backstop.
