Dogpound45 Posted January 17, 2009 Report Posted January 17, 2009 It was very dissapointing the way the Dogs got beat by the Lions. Simply put the Dogs just could not handle the press. I do not have the stats but there had to have been well over 30 turnovers last night. A number of them came on the inbounds pass. I would like to see the stats on points resulting from turnovers. I have no idea what happened during halftime but the Dogs came out of the locker room a very different team. You have to hand it to the Lion's coach for making the right adjustments to win the ballgame. Where was Hammonds during the second half? I guess it's hard to get him the ball when you keep turning it over. If the Dogs want to do well in the playoffs they better learn how to handle the press.

ForeverADog Posted January 20, 2009 Report Posted January 20, 2009 No Livingston surprised me how well they played. They were much more athletic than I expected. Even with all their turnovers they were one rimmed out three away from going into overtime. Plus they couldn't buy a shot all night. They had an off game. They will still do fine in the future.
