adminbaberuth Posted January 20, 2009 Author Report Posted January 20, 2009 gamblers didn't pay up, sox were down 4-2 ingames in a 9 game series decided to play to win. they won the next game in 10 innings with shoeless joe driving in the winning run. gamblers got wind of this and threaten williams the next games' starting pitcher that his family was in danger if they didn't throw the next game.
