stevieray Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 Going to 4A Little Elm. District 4-5A Little Elm Denton Denton Ryan Denton Guyer Wichita Falls Wichita Falls Rider Lake Dallas Lewisville The Colony A very tough district... Denton Ryan - Always a strong playoff team Rider - Another strong playoff team Guyer - Fairly new school that made it to the semi-finals last year...They return a lot of players from last season's squad Lake Dallas - One of the best QB in the state coming back
BMTSoulja1 Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 Yea, good luck. Â I guess. Â This is not the news I needed to hear. Â Everytime we get to the brink of being where Central Football is supposed to be, the coach jets out. Â Happened with Suggs after going 3 rounds deep in 2003, at that time, was the farthest any Jag team went. Â Now this year after a 4th round appearance. Â Can't cry over spilled milk. Â Have to move on. Â Whatever coach steps in will have a group of talented young men to work with. Â Next year still looks bright for our boys!
adminbaberuth Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 I bet this list has more star power than the PAM list..... Stowers was a class act. Nederland wishes him well and it couldn't have come any sooner..
adminbaberuth Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 How come no one seen him on the list that Little Elm released? Or, did they release one? Coop, get us a list of Little Elm applicants.

AggiesAreWe Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 If my memory serves me correctly, it wasn't that long ago that Little Elm was a 1A school. I want to say back in the early '90's. Stevie Ray, am I correct? If so, that is a fast growing place, one that I think will be 5A soon. Maybe that's why Stowers went there.

It won't get much bigger. It's landlocked between Frisco and Lake Lewisville and almost completely built up. It's about 27,000 now and will struggle to break 30,000. School district is terrible. Very nice facilities though....Â

The place has problems." But i don't know anything else. The school is pretty however...

Yes it is...and has a brand new stadium just like PN-G, but you know it's a bad school district when houses on one side of the street are selling for a lot more than houses on the other side of the street just because it says "Frisco ISD" on the sign when it's in Little Elm city limits!
Mikey Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 Little elm 1-9 last year, Coach has got his work cut out for him. I wish him Good Luck.
KDOSullivan Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 Little elm 1-9 last year, Coach has got his work cut out for him. I wish him Good Luck. Coach must have received a heck of a pay raise.
obcowboy Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 Good Luck you him and his staff that may go with him! I hope Co Jackson decides to stay! He'd be a great replacement for Stowers even though they came down together!
KDOSullivan Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 it was a pay raise Good luck Coach. I can never fault a man for making more money.
Roughrider Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 Big loss for the Jags....He is a heck of a coach. Will Stump get some disgruntled transfers from Central? Good luck to Coach Stowers.
