Depends......What President has had a pandemic similar to Covid? That would be Woodrow Wilson. The Influenza Pandemic of 1918 killed upward of 50 million worldwide versus Covid of about 7 million. We all but confirmed it was brought over from China. To hold Trump to blame for spending money so the USA would not go bankrupt is ridiculous. That is the only response I'll give on the subject. Now after Trumps next 4 years, we can talk about what he spent.
