From Fox 4..... :D

A judge has filed a temporary injunction against the owner of the Southeast Texas Mustangs.

That injunction prevents Jordan Maswoswe from firing head coach, Steve Tucker, or any of the assistant coaches.

Two other owners requested the injunction.

Those owners, Gerald Nelson Jr. and Jason Apodaca, feared Maswoswe planned to sabotage the team by firing Tucker, and the assistant coaches.

The team has 14 wins and only one loss.

Nelson and Apodaca claim in their lawsuit that Maswoswe also threatened to bring in a general manager from out of town, and to give certain third parties an interest in the Mustangs instead of monies they are owed.

Nelson and Apodaca filed the suit because they say Maswoswe breached a contract in which he had agreed to sell his remaining interest in the team to Nelson.

Nelson and Apodaca say they already own a substantial interest in the Mustangs.

A hearing will be held February 13th on whether the temporary restraining order against Maswoswe will be extended.
