I think it is funny that the guy wrote about the salary.  I know that wasn't the point of the article, but he made it sound like a great salary.

He stated the top end around $80,000.  The top end is reserved for someone with at least 25 years experience.  If you can name me one other profession that requires a college degree and after 25 years of work makes only $80,000

, I would like to know what it is.

The guy may be talented, even at coaching, but Lumberton's experience with former NFL players in their first coaching jobs has been nothing but lackluster. He should apply for an assitant coaching job for the time being and build his skills and rep as a coach up.
