NeDeRlAnD b-DoG fAn Posted February 6, 2009 Report Posted February 6, 2009 WAY TO GO DOGS!!!!!!!!! Jordan Pitts with 2 big 3's...one to tie it and send it to OT and the game winner.
BMTSoulja1 Posted February 6, 2009 Report Posted February 6, 2009 I wasn't in attendence. Probably why we lost! :'( :'(
Guest Penny Posted February 6, 2009 Report Posted February 6, 2009 My goodness, the officiating was horribly lopsided( one of em's gonna be eatin at Calvin's house this weekend), Nederland couldn't make a free throw... and still the clutch shooting of Jordan Pitts clinches the win. Great moment for the Dogs. Just gotta figure out how to bottle that up and take it forward. Nederland needed a point in time to put their stake in the ground... I think it just happened... we'll see how this team responds. The next game is their biggest, gotta be consistent.
bullets13 Posted February 6, 2009 Report Posted February 6, 2009 a bit of s surprise... sounds like it was a great game!
TradinUp BH Posted February 6, 2009 Report Posted February 6, 2009 I'm telling you Nederland has a decent team. If they put it all together, they'll be there for the playoffs. I've seen both play and they are about equal teams. No big suprise to me. Congrats dogs
Razor Posted February 7, 2009 Report Posted February 7, 2009 huge win for the Dogs...this is a game the team can build on...in the past, this team has found ways to lose games likes this but not tonight...Coach E had a good defensive gameplan coming into this one to keep Gulley in check...he had 14 but he had to work much harder for them than he did last time...the kid is a real good player, but Nederland kept him from taking over this game like he did the last one...the Dogs hit some huge shots in this one and I thought did a great job on the boards as well...this was key.

Did the Freshman play?
BMTSoulja1 Posted February 7, 2009 Report Posted February 7, 2009 What number is he, Soulja? He started the seaons as 24. I believed that changed to 22.
ForeverADog Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 What is his name Soulja? Is he the Robinson guy? Because the PA News said that Robinson had 15 but I am trying to figure out which player Robinson is.
BMTSoulja1 Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 I believe Robinson is a Senior. Christian Smith is a freshman and IMO is the second best player on the team.
Razor Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 Robinson had to be #31 then...not a big kid but he was effective inside against Nederland...seemed like the freshman played quite a bit less than he did in the first game.
team first Posted February 9, 2009 Report Posted February 9, 2009 Actually...I heard the freshmen did play, just not too much...Gulley is a tough match up..a little different than Decarlos though..He can get in the lane and score in traffic, where as Decarlos can shoot from the outside better, and if he gets hot!!!!!!
TriangleHoops Posted February 9, 2009 Report Posted February 9, 2009 Oh, he was there. He warmed up and sat pretty much at the end of the bench. He did not play.
