playdefense Posted February 9, 2009 Report Posted February 9, 2009 What do you think is the best off-season tool? Wrestling, tires, stations, weights - how many days?, etc. This should get some good responses and get us off the PNG and LCM threads.

If you are up on this kind of thing, even the pro athletes are getting away from the heavy weight training on a regular basis and going to more full body movement type of exercises to build power.
